The Maryland Agricultural Cost-Share Program is through the state of Maryland that that covers up to 87.5% of the cost of conservation projects known as best management practices (BMPs) to prevent erosion, manage nutrients and improve water quality in streams, rivers, and the Chesapeake Bay.
